Very valuable insight! Luckily, I hired a content writer for my recruiting firm website and a web designer who previously owned an executive search firm. My business development partner is SEO specialist so I hope our "storefront" will be attractive enough to generate business. One of my biggest take away was your advice to hire a web designer who will give the customer real time progress on the project. I missed that vetting element.
